This allows us to provide services and features that most likely meet your needs and to customize our Website to make your experience safer and easier. More importantly, while doing so, we collect personal information from you that we consider necessary to achieve this purpose.
Payment Policy
We currently accept Cash on Delivery, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, debit or credit card, and bank transfer for order payments.
Shipping Policy
We typically ship orders within 3-5 business days.
All items purchased from KidsFitter are subject to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and ownership of the item passes to you upon delivery.
Return Policy
We have a one-way agreement with our shipping partner, so there is no option for return or refund.
However, if you receive a faulty product (such as an issue with the fit, incorrect printing, scratches on the print, wrong item delivered, incorrect product, damage during transit, incomplete package, etc.), you may be eligible for a replacement, provided that we are informed of any discrepancies within 24 hours from the date of receiving the product.
In such cases, we will provide you with a free replacement cover, including a free print, and you have the option to change the design at no additional cost.
Note: A courier fee of Rs. 99/- will apply for the return order. The buyer is responsible for paying the courier fee when they receive their replacement order.
Refund Policy
There is no option for a refund. Only returns are available according to the return policy mentioned above.
